How did this get here?

Seriously, you post a hundred-odd metatags, naming several GOOD flashes in the hope that people might come and see this excuse for an animation?

Only reason I'm here is because I clicked on 'Turd of the week' - don't be proud.

So, now my rant is over, time for constructive criticism:

Firstly - 60fps. Why? Anything over 25 really just chews processing power.

Secondly - What exactly did you intend for this 'film' to be? You appear to have dropped a bunch of jpegs in, and barely grasped the idea of animation. Sounds were tacky and kept getting cut off.

Thirdly - Anything with 'Vote 5' in it automatically gets zero from me. In any flash animation or game I judge, I do it purely by its merits which I personally can pick out. If I don't get it, then I wasn't the target audience, but if there's effort there, I always post a good score.

Fourth: If you spent anything more than an hour on this, you wasted your time. Okay, big deal if you can't draw, anybody can draw stick figures though - and look how many people can pull off good movies with those! - Just stop making flashes for no good reason.

Lastly: The only reason I'm bothering to do this is that you obviously put effort into creating this crap. Let me give you some free advice, take your spam elsewhere. Come back when you learn to use the program.

Oh, and by the way, the metatags do nothing for this Flash's visibility.

I think the animation was fluid, the timing impeccable, and it was definitely funny. Fully deserving of that Daily 1st place and front page!

By the way, I'm a PS3 Fanboy :) But a PS3 Fanboy who knows good animation when he sees it!

Great artistic license there.

I loved watching this - my only problem is that (being English), I found the pseudo-english accents rather annoying, quite often it sounds more like Australian. It did kinda put me off. (And why do Harry's friends refer to him by his last name? How rude!)

Gripes aside, loved it. Keep up the great work!

Great right up until the cheap guns come out and the effects budget suddenly becomes apparent.

Could've been just as good (If not better) had there been no guns. The sword thing was stylish. No point mixing ingredients needlessly like that.

Sound effects need work ;) - Using stock sounds that are decades old!

Keep going though! Great camerawork!

Hey... you know what? It looks good! The little minigame is fun for a minute or so too :)

Short, sharp and to the point. Not the best flash ever, but the elements are there. It certainly deserves to stay.

Awesome stuff

Just what I'd come to expect, not only did the Americans change the title of the book to 'Sorcerer's Stone' (Which makes no sense, go to wikipedia and look up 'Philosophers Stone, and you'll find it actually has meaning) - But Harry and Voldemort now have American Accents too :-P

Great rendition of snape in the background, I loved the Alien Hominid tribute, and most of all, the scars ;) - Loved it!

Just remember where it's English - We don't get much internationally renowned stuff... - Just think of all those poor Brits that still have to put up with having a Queen.

All in all - Loved it, just like to rant sometimes. Don't take it personally.
